Felt incredibly uncomfortable at this store. Went to try on 3 items in the changing room which directly faces the checkout counters and the other customers lining up to pay. The door is very small with wide gaps both above and below that anyone over 6ft tall had a clear line of sight to my reflection in the mirror and the staff have to walk directly past to get to the back room. I could reach out and touch the staff members from the changing room, that's how close they pass the doors. Did not feel comfortable enough to try on anything but a pair of leggings (I also had a sports bra and shorts set but I would have to take off my normal underwear to do so). Unfortunately, I don't feel comfortable coming back here, at least until the changing rooms get some basic privacy measures. Staff were polite and handling the busy store well. I get the impression that they are doing their best with very little support from management.
1st time coming to this store and I will definitely will not be returning. I asked for help on a few items I could not see on the shop floor and one of the staff just blatantly said I don't know go ask the person behind the till. I said there is a line at the till so please just help. He looked at me and again said I don't know. I waited in the queue and spoke to the person at the till and told them what the other guy said. She said oh he's new he doesn't know much and just left it at that. Absolute waste of time. If your going to work on the shop floor, train your staff properly so they know simple things. I wasn't asking a rocket science question.
Had an interesting shopping experience at this sports direct outlet today pal. Picked up a decent pair of adidas trainers in the sale for £25 half price a decent buy. They had these funny trainer things for sale at £80 and over heard a little kiddie asking his dad why they were selling alien 👽 shoes which made me chuckle. Tried a couple of tops on in the changing room next to the tills and I tell you what pal I might as well have just whipped my shirt off in the shop. Talk about dodgy changing room or what, you can see over the top and underneath the door, it's a good job I wasn't trying shorts or pants on as everyone queuing for the tills would of seen my meat and 2 veg!
Not a good customer service, not listening to customer side, made up his mind not to support the customer Bought a football, 2days before had a thread cut in multiple area, blamed too much air in football played at green grass ground , was blaming that ball played on concrete place genuine mistake didn't took inteail action didn't get back to the store for refund It's not about ball refund but the sales agent didn't want to listen our side. Thank you £6 more to sport direct
Full of racsists. Didn't want to help Because of the colour of my skin and also my wife wearing a head scarf. Also felt really threatened. Won't be going here again and will be making a formal complaint.
