Someone dropped some money in an aisle and I found it. I will keep it for safe keeping before I give it to Charity. If it is yours and you can tell me how much you lost AND supply some proof like the time you were in there and day etc. You can have it back

We usually love coming here but today we went to another store because it was just too hot in here, same as last time we visited aswell! I dont know how the poor staff cope. The chocolate was soft and melting too!

Big store stocked up clean and tidy staff always willing to help.

Dear B&M Management, I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the treatment I received at your store. Having lived in the Middle East for 10 years and recently relocated to Doncaster after 18 months in Portsmouth, I've spent my entire career in customer service and understand the importance of treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, I recently had the worst experience I've ever encountered in your store. Upon entering, I greeted one of your staff members with a smile, only to be met with rudeness. Despite the store not being busy, she ignored my presence and treated me differently from the customers of her own ethnicity who were in line ahead of me. When it was my turn, her demeanor completely changed. During checkout, when I had an issue with my payment and needed a moment to transfer funds between accounts, she looked at me as though I were trying to steal. A few seconds later, a colleague joined her, and they both began laughing at me and making derogatory comments right in front of me. Even after I successfully paid, I could still hear them mocking me as I walked out. I felt humiliated and as if my £54 purchase had somehow made me feel like I had done something wrong. I approached her afterward and expressed that she should have waited until I left the store before insulting me. Her behavior, especially in front of my young son and wife, was entirely disrespectful and unacceptable. I request that this incident be thoroughly investigated, as this is not the level of service I expect from B&M. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why I was treated in such a manner. I intend to follow up on this matter until it is resolved appropriately. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue.
