Great value but quite untidy and the girl serving in the kiosk was messaging on her watch and then moaning disrespectfully about a member of staff that told her to stop it, felt awkward, ignored and it's unprofessional. She also didn't I D the person in front of me for alcohol who was very obviously underage. I love B &M stores but this one needs a good fettle
I love b&M I’m in there 2 or 3 times a week,, there’s no need to go anywhere else they’ve got just about everything, unless yu want frozen food they don’t have fridges anymore But excellent,, most of the staff are sweet, there’s one woman who’s abit ignored but I don’t ask her for help anymore 10/10 for everything else tho
90 minutes free parking which isn't available elsewhere in the town. If visiting frenchgate for shorter period, its fine. Store itself has good variety and helpful staff.
Like all B & M stores there is many items and products for everyday uses in stock staff are helpfull and organised
2 people on till peak time off day one doing lottery other on main till hardly any staff seen in store poor for size of shop
