I ordered some bits for click and collect here. The staff were really pleasant and efficient. My order was picked and handed to me with my invoice really quickly.
They have everything you need staff very up on what they selling good team keep it up
Gotta say I love this shop. Its so quick and convenient... The staff are just fantastic too, always taking that extra 2 minutes to help you out if you need it.
The staff tried to be very polite. I was mainly interested in the quality of the ordered goods. The result: excellent work shoes at a good price
I have ordered some stuff to store for click and collect, but has passed a week still, didn't get any messages for collection. Then I have made a phone call to Screwfix to find out about my order, but they have said that my order have been already collected ,but how that's is possible if I never collect the item and never receive any messages for collection? Then customer service did admit that's they have made a mistake and did promise to deliver a next day, but never did! Bunch of useless liar's, what a waste of my time.
