No self service. 12 people in news agent queue at 10am with six or so tills closed. Put down my shopping and squeezed past the queue to escape.

Really nice lady at the till let me know I'd accidentally grabbed the wrong envelope for my card - if it weren't for her I'd be in a pickle! Really lovely, this shop is so nice and is a great addition to Peaks xx Edit: just found her name, Noalene, please give her an award for customer service!

Once in there you are trapped unless you pole volt over the tills to get out. Massive queues at checkouts and no self Service.
