Have used our local Screwfix ever since we moved here. Able to check stock online, order and collect or just drop in and shop in store. What I've always found great is the service from staff. Things are done quickly but they are always willing to give advice or help you if you're not quite sure what you need.

Ordered via online app. Due to the order the items were coming in stock the next day. As always great communication via automated message service and email. The store has plenty of parking so no worries here. The staff were excellent, they even helped me to the car with my items. The store is located in a small industrial estate off of Station Road. There are other builders merchants nearby also.

The guys in this store really helped us just now - I work in retail and know how frustrating it is when people turn up just before closing, but we're moving house and haven't stopped all day, so we only noticed an item we needed to get about 20 minutes before Screwfix closed, and we were 19 minutes away. Thankfully we were served despite being so last minute. I appreciate that they could have just said no and that would have been it, but it was a huge help and we really needed that level of customer service after a rough day. Thank you so much.

Great staff, really helped me out with an order that they didn’t have in stock, kept me updated via telephone when my item would turn up. Highly recommend.
