Why does B&M sell items where the label cannot be removed?? 2nd item this week and cannot remove the label. Does everyone who visits me want to know I bought my bin for £8 from B&M.... and my washing up bowl for £1.69.... I don't think so, so now I'm boycotting all plastic containers from B&M that have labels. Even after the label has been scrubbed off it still leaves a mark. Does Addis or B&M think someone might try and change the label for a cheaper product!

My husband borrowed my card to do the shopping and wasn’t allowed to use it to make a purchase because it wasn’t in his name. They threatened to call the police on him. DO BETTER. You should not intimidate your customers like this.

This store was horrible! This one worker would not let me buy fake nails and asked if I had an ID? What am I going to do with the fake nails? Eat it??? I know it's got to be something about the glue but come on, what am I going to do with the glue aswell?? I didn't even need the glue, I had tons at home. By the way, the worker had ginger hair and he was a male. Just stating this out. Horrible service! (Also poorly managed shop) Another time, I went it and they accused me of opening a brand new package when I just grabbed it off the shelf and tried to look at what lipgloss flavour it was and she randomly accused me. Will not be coming back! 😡
