Really rude staff. No manners, could do with being refreshed with some customer service skills.

Debbie, who has short hair, is very rude. She is especially unfriendly to Asians. She does not even greet or thank Asians, although she greets and thanks the customers before and after. It is a clear discrimination. Her facial expression is also full of contempt. So many times. I am really not satisfied with her, Debbie.

I went to visit the co-op in Garford. I'm an Asian. I'm a 36 years old man. I bought Red Bull. She asked me for an ID. I asked her why she's approached me in a really rude and racist manner. I was feeling so being targeted. She's so racist. She's not fit to be working as a big company, as a co-op. A really bad experience. She's not a good lady. Her name is Debbie 😌😌

Usually ok here but visited today and scanned my loyalty card a few times as wasn't sure it had taken it so I asked the assistant Debbie if it had taken it and she sarcastically replied yes I've got it 5 times ! Nice 1970s customer service, well done Debbie ! Will be onto customer services .
