Just wanted to point out how unbelievably fantastic Tracy is that was working on the self check out a couple of weeks ago. Always so helpful & friendly. When I accidentally left an item that I had paid for along with my receipt. Tracy ran out to find me at the far side of the car park to give it back to me when I was just about to drive away. A total credit to M&S, keep up the good work Tracy 😁

Bought 5 items on Thursday 4 September spent £30.80. Two of the items prawn toast was disguising in flavour if I was blindfolded I wouldn’t have known what it was and pk 2 chocolate & salted caramel spheres these where very disappointing very little flavour would have been better off with a plain packet of biscuits. These items are definitely not worth buying

Great staff great service. Had to return some items as they didn't meet expectations. Manager provided replacements and was very helpull

Manageress got an attitude.. wouldn't honour my rewards points. I tied to use them digital ones and ok..no apology just you know what to do next time. Vile woman

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had to evidence payment of goods. Aggressive intimidating staff members staring at me. Double paid as shaken up at the self scan. Staff need training in customer service, and the store needs security guards. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR.
