Shittest food I’ve ever ordered, I ordered a bacon an cheese toastie no extras received onion and tomato toastie could not even get a refund off uber even though I sent pics absolute joke ordered a salad and it’s missing 3 add ons as well probably won’t get a refund for that either shocking the food is vile honestly wouldn’t waste ur money

served by a bearded dragon who was so rude to me, point blank rude women, a man came in just after me she was exactly the same with him you could see the physical awkwardness in him as for the food she told myself who was ordering 2 sandwich’s and the man one all meatballs and she said no didn’t have any which turned out after she made them she said she just hadn’t got round to putting them on bearing in mind the shop had been open 4 hours, this isn’t the first time we’ve had terrible service from robots

Very awkward everytime i go in there and overall weird and uncomfortable. I door dashed subway today to avoid the awkwardness of just standing there waiting and they got my order completely wrong. I just got cheese lettuce and cucumber as im a very picky eater and its simple. Ive ordered it alot and they are under the impression i am vegetarian. Only for them to put meatballs and godknows what else in my sandwich. It wasnt on the receipt or anything. I did a trial shift here once too and the men that work there were creepy as hell. They even locked me in there and left me sat there wondering what to do for about 20 mins. Wont be going there again and probably wont be ordering from there again either

The staff I’ve visited in my experience at this store are so unenthusiastic and unwelcoming. I would not comment if it was just 1 experience but every time I’ve gone in I’ve felt the same. Not to mention the cancelled orders and poorly built sandwiches. If you want a subway, visit the one at glews garage. It’s a pity they don’t do delivery too.

Very good and very quiet and the best subway i been gonna back here in in one hour
