The male staff member with ginger hair really seems unsuited to customer service. When he served me, he didn’t speak at all and instead just stared at me with a very intimidating expression. The experience made me extremely uncomfortable as a young woman. I literally couldn’t wait to leave.

I’m writing this review specifically based on my experience of a member of staff today. While I was shopping, an older lady with visual impairment came into the store. The assistant (Billy) immediately attended to her to help her with her shopping. He was patient, considerate and incredibly kind in his manner, all without taking any independence from the lady. He relayed all relevant information of products so that she was still able to make her own choices. He is an absolute assets to the branch & company.

I don’t think it’s as bad as some people are saying, the hours are good, there are good discounts to be had early evening and most of the staff are lovely - just one grumpy lady who was very grumpy one day, otherwise a good little Coop. Thank you

Some staff are super friendly, others really ought to re-consider their life choices and perhaps work outside the public sector industry where they are not face to face with customers. There's no place for the drama, disrespect and unprofessionalism that I encountered recently.
