Ordered a Steam Deck online from this place early December 2025. It was advertised as having charger and other accessories. When I received the item the charger was missing, so I contacted the Goole store via online form. After no response for a couple of days I called the store and they promised me to send the charger. It is now January 2026 and I sent another web form message a week ago but nothing. Cash Converters are usually okay but the Goole store are not trustworthy. Buy here at your peril

I was selling my item & was offered £220 at Cash It In in Goole. I then went into Cash Converters in Goole & was offered £300. A much better cash offer & great customer service from Mole. Thank you very much 🙂
