His knowledge of the items in the shop was impressive, and he guided me through the selection process with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism. Main reason I came on here is to mention how a staff member named Kev went out of his way to help with something I was confused about, he had so much patience and acted like it was nothing, very kind human being. Also need to mention how just as lovely is another staff named Shaun, he will also go out of his way for you to help with anything you need. Really appreciate the both of them.

I have been using them since opened, however the last couple of times i have been made to feel like rubbish, i was told previously my type was the type of customer that they need, as in selling unwanted goods. no hello, just a dirty look as if coming in to sell them something is an inconvenience to them! If you want self worth, don't sell your items here.

Super friendly staff, went in to sell my old xbox and got more than I expected! Service was really quick and all staff made me feel welcome. Awesome store!
