I'm sure the staff are pleasant to deal with in-store, but be careful if you are buying from them online as the product descriptions can be misleading and you may find that essential parts are not included in your purchase which is not mentioned in the product description on the website.

i bought bike for £60 and my son used it for 5 mins to see what its like suddenly the gear got stuck, the chain came off and now he cant use it anymore and i went to take it back, they thought i was lieing and they took £20 off and the rest is credit. the sales man he explained to me that he is a professional with fixing bikes and today he told his boss he learned his stuff from youtube and he has giving me faulse infomation and bad service. even when i bought the bike last week i brought it back to him after 2 minutes becuase of how bad it was working, he sorted it out and after it broke again. dont buy from this shop.

I wouldnt even actually give this store a single star if im to be completly honest, the knowledge of products is rediculously bad, they also try to haggle to buy items at rediculous low prices, alot lower than actual other cash convertor stores, this has happend on multipule occations, where i have took it to another store and got double the amount being offered here.
