First time using cash converter staff were very helpful, had issues with removing iCloud and stuff, staff were very knowledgeable and happy to help, very quick and easy, thanks to Greg Natalie and Danny!

I bought a laptop from this store and immediately noticed it was overheating. I tried to return it before it melted, but they refused. A few days later, the motherboard melted. Later, I found out that after opening the laptop, they removed a RAM stick without my permission, thinking I wouldn’t notice. This is unacceptable and feels like outright theft. I do not recommend buying electronics from this location.

Fantastic customer service yet again from Connor today in Cash Converters Rotherham. I've been in quite a few times now. Came in looking for a new phone, and haley had come over asking very politely if I needed assistance to which I did and she did me a fabulous deal on a blue iPhone 13, and now I’m never off it. Works perfectly and would recommend
