They actually exceeded their own delivery estimate, with my Edgbaston shirt arriving just a few days after ordering. It was delivered in pristine condition, fits perfectly, and I would recommend Rydale Country Clothing without any hesitation. I’ve always bought Hogs of Fife shirts, but I liked the look of the Ebberston and have not been disappointed at all. Just 6-weeks afterwards, I purchased a pair of Chelsea boots from Rydale. They are attractive, well-made boots, although I am slightly concerned about some marking around the join where the leather meets the sole (see images).

Yesterday at 14:05 I ordered 2x Grosvenor Plastic Terracotta Trough 55cm, total cost including shipping was £12.97, best price I could find online, Today they where delivered at 16:37 this order was delivered, I wasn't expecting it to be delivered until tomorrow or Monday at the latest, Superb service from YTC, very happy with my purchase and service

What can I say about an expletive awful customer service. Days ago the items ordered set off the few hundred yards from the depot to the shop in DRiffield and still I am waiting to hear if they arrived as per the instructions, Inspite of two nice emails to customer services they have completly ignored the order. This being my first order will certainly be my last with such poor and I would say incompetent service/company

Absolutely disgusting customer service - if i could give zero stars i would have! They don't answer the phone or reply to emails. Still awaiting our Xmas tree after 9 days! DO NOT USE!!! We will never use this company again - not the way to run a distribution company (for reference - i run a distribution company!) Merry Christmas!! :(

A really poor company to deal with. Ordered and they sent the wrong colour hat. The email reply to this was disbelieving asking for photo evidence - when does blue look like green? They issued a return label and sent it back. 4 days after they received it I still dont have the replacement hat and apparently they are waiting for the return parcel to be scanned. Not an efficient company and I wont buy from them again.
