Visited Costa Coffee Halifax branch. The staff was friendly and generous. Enjoyed the creamy latte. Review edited (02/07): Living in Halifax comes with its perks where I can present myself to the opportunity of visiting the Costa Halifax branch quite often. I love their coffee and have quite honestly tried all the varieties, even the seasonal populars. I have this habit of clicking photos of well presented coffee cups( more so to do with aesthetics) and here's some of the many photos that have been living and breathing in my phone gallery.
Revised review 08/02/2025 came in on a busy Saturday lunchtime. Staff far more efficient than our previous experience and very friendly. Much better experience than a few years ago. Will definitely return
My 1st ever shopping visit to Halifax & this Costa store .Its quite deceiving from the outside with good size seating areas on 2 different levels inside. I found the Costa staff on duty to be very pleasant.I would of normally given 5* but on this visit the atmosphere was very noisy, mainly due to unruly young kids running about & shouting .Parents doing nothing to control or quieten them down.The sooner the brats are back @school the better,then I maybe able to enjoy my coffee once again !
Came here with my eldest son owen and my youngest son Jack I had a honeycomb latte and a lemon muffin we will be here again soon, had a ginger bread latte.
This place has gone down hill since Rebecca and George left. I appreciate new staff have to be trained, but the last three visits have required me to return to the counter as something was missing or the order was incorrect. Disappointing.
