Came in, the woman at the till. Not sure what her problem was, messy bun and black hair. So rude, the way she spoke. No thank you when we paid, no “Hi” with a smile. Just kept butting in to a conversation and snapping. “No you need to insert the card” no please. Remember coming in before, and whilst she was serving she was just having a conversation with another colleague. Great Customer Service… right?

I would like to thank the young man called alex who went out of his way helping my wife who collapsed in the store, and even purchased a bottle of water and not sure who got a chair,so big thank you to both,keep up the good work,ill never forget what you two have done to help,BIG thank you

Great range of products sold here . Competitivee pricing on quite a few items. Large store with decorating aisles and garden items. Outside area has various construction materials.

Well I’d called in here today for a few bits 12/06/2023 , one thing I couldn’t find was birthday candles for kids . So I got to the till and just happened to mention it to the cashier Theresa I think she was called and she said I’m sure we do have them . So I paid for the goods we’d already got . Then off she went and within a minute she came back with the candles . 1st class service well done and thank you .
