I can't thank the staff enough especially Kimberly who went above and beyond to made sure 80 children we had coming to christmas parties had their presents from Santa after being let down with deliveries and literally having only a few days to get things together. I am so very grateful. Thank you.
I bought acrylic pens set for £15.00 but totally dry. Even the sales assistant was not ready to listen. Just money wasting for cheap quality products.
I bought a pack of paint brushes from there. I came home and opened them and they were as hard as a rock! it feels as if someone has used them!!
A store I have used enumerable times and I do recommend the store. But, then again! What is there not to like about a shop that has good staff and BARGAINS GALORE! I have personally used THE WORKS online for several years now and the only problem was having to wait for items. (I am now disabled and so unable to go into Halifax any longer.) But THE WORKS now delivers on EVERYTHING. Thanks in no small part to a Company that not only does take note of customers and their needs and wants. But implements these items too.
Great range of crafting kits and materials, brilliant for beginners to intermediates. Great price range really think the staff are kind and helpful. This place is a great place to go for organizing and customising items.
