Want to express my thanks to James and Jamie who helped me with a last minute helium birthday balloon. I’d left work early and drove to Scarbs (like a maniac) in the hope they’d still be open. I got there just in time! James and Jamie were brilliant and my balloon is probably the best balloon money can buy. Top marks to the staff! Thanks!!

Popped in for some pens and card and the whole time I was there I heard a cheery happy welcoming voice in the store. After helping me find what I was looking for, Emily took payment and was so happy. It’s refreshing to see someone enjoying making people feel welcomed and taking the time to interact. Emily could teach many people in the retail industry how to be a lovely member of the human race! I hope your company appreciates your dedication to your job.

The young lady serving at approx 4.30pm on the 8th December was exceptionally helpful and friendly even though the shop didn't have what I was looking for. Well done and thank you for a very positive customer experience. Keep up the good work👍😊

One of my favourite shops. The staff in here were so polite and friendly and did enforce the social distancing rules which was nice to witness after staying in the hotel we did in seamer. The staff could not have been more friendly and professional if they tried, would definitely go back here.
