Staff are well trained. They sell an average to below average service though. I took unlimited data and I had to then go into Voda the next day because even using a data only SIM and hub three services are bad. A download on PSN that takes 3 hours on three takes 40 minutes using Vodafone data only using my phone as a mobile hotspot. Chose carefully if speed is needed
Great team above and beyond to fix the issues with my phone. I am very happy with the Halifax store and will recommend this store.
Poor service. Upgraded my phone at start of June to a s25 edge and was told I would get a free samsung tablet. Never received it so spoke to the shop who told me to contact customer services. They told me to go to Samsung online and it needs to be applied for which I was told the shop should have done when I took out the new contract. Went online and was informed it should have been done in 30 days from the contract. Went back to the shop and the guy said he would contact samsung and query the claim and I would hear back within 2 days. Samsung then got back to me saying no record of my application and the deal had now finished. In short I've no tablet cos the shop failed to request it. Will be going elsewhere next upgrade!!
This store is always amazing. We went in to upgrade our phone, we were greeted by Mobin. He was a lovely guy. He helped us work out a contract that was catered doe our exact requirements with no pushy sales. He even went the extra mile and set up our phone and screen protectors and case. This is the reason why we will not go to any other store. Mobin really deserves some recognition as he has always been good to us and helped us. Thank you so much!!
Such a pleasurable experience in the store came in to enquire about home broadband and Mobin explained everything in detail, there was no pushy sales process. I even changed my mobile network as it was a great SIM deal really happy and saved loads of money. Would definitely this store the staff are lovely. Will be coming back in a Few months to get a handset. 100% for service and help.
