Great stay. Most welcoming and attentive staff I’ve ever experienced when checking into a Premier Inn. Room was as expected. Breakfast was really good. Even better than normal. Premier Inn is usually pretty consistent but Harrogate South more than exceeded already high expectations. Big thank you to all the team. Ian Evans.
Not clean, mouldy walls and tiles. Skirting boards covered in dirt. Moved bin in bathroom to discover thick layer of dirt. Site going under refurb with rooms changed into TINY restaurant to make space for apparently 30 new rooms. Think they need to improve current rooms first. Staff were great, although extremely limited, they were very attentive and polite.
Had a great little stay at Premier Inn Harrogate South for business. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the team were welcoming and helpful throughout. Perfect for a business trip and I’d happily stay again :)
Pretty large Premier Inn next to a railway station. The hotel room was pretty dusty & tired looking. The bottom sheet did not seem to fit the bed so everytime you moved it worked it's way loose!! Friendly staff. Ok for a short visit.
This hotel is ideally located a 5 minute walk from Hornbeam Park train station, so it's easy to get a train to Harrogate centre, Knaresborough, York or Leeds. There is ample parking. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows, good shower (overwhelmed bath). Good breakfast options.
