As a small-sized business, they provide a focused and detailed approach to property management and financial operations.</p> <p><strong>Description</strong></p> <ul> <li>Preparation of monthly management accounts for a portfolio of properties.</li><li>Production and review of property income and expenditure reports.</li><li>Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities.</li><li>Service charge accounting, including budgeting, reconciliations and year-end processes.</li><li>Rent roll analysis and revenue reconciliations.</li><li>Preparation of statutory and audit information as required.</li><li>Liaising with property managers, asset managers and external stakeholders.</li><li>Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting activities.</li><li>Identifying opportunities to improve financial controls and processes.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Profile</strong></p> <p>To be successful in this role, you must have:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience working as a Property Accountant.</li><li>Strong understanding of property accounting principles, including service charge accounting.</li><li>Experience managing property portfolios within a commercial, residential or mixed-use environment.</li><li>Excellent month-end and management accounting skills.</li><li>Strong Excel skills and confidence handling large volumes of financial data.</li><li>Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines within an interim assignment.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>A competitive daily rate ranging from £180 to £220, depending on experience.</li><li>Temporary position, ideal for gaining valuable experience in the property industry.</li><li>Collaborative and professional working environment.</li></ul> <p>If you are a detail-oriented Property Accountant looking to make an impact in the property industry, we encourage you to apply today!</p>
