I am elderly and disabled. In store I found staff very helpful and patient. I now have shopping dilivered. Very pleased with service. Thank you.

Cashier ( whose name can be given (shirley we are watching you) ) was extremely rude to myself and and another customer when the till wasnt working. She was rude to us when we asked for assistance due to the till saying " seek assistance". Please sort this out. Going to the coop shouldnt be such an awful experience.

Made an order two hours ago for home delivery keep saying they delivering it but then add 40 mins on every 10 mins joke don't offer night work if you can't do it it just gets people annoyed...

Today at roughly 17:00 me and my partner were shopping here. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the persons name but I was told he was a temporary cleaner. This gentleman took the time out of his day to go the extra mile. He saw that we were struggling to decide on something so he asked if he could help and made an excellent suggestion. He was kind, friendly, approachable and well presented. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is I asked 3 separate staff for his name and none of them knew or found out for me. I thought it a shame they didn’t know his name but he definitely deserves credit. Thank you sir for a brilliant experience.
