Co-op Food - Starbeck - High Street

Shame the staff member wasn’t wearing a badge so didn’t get his name. Short blonde hair with glasses on the till today, learn some customer service skills. Telling me to ‘move out the way’ instead of excuse me, and then being miserable as sin while serving me, complaining to people you were on until 11. Didn’t deserve our money.

Firstly the staff are so friendly and helpful. The store has a good range of stock,be it fresh or chilled and frozen. Good variety of non food items, alcohol and coffee machine. The list goes on, to many to mention.

This store has some really nice members of staff who are very nice and friendly. The store is let down by insanely high prices and fridges that are not cold (for drinks). If they are charging so much they can afford to chill the drinks!

A very average convenience store. Often closes before the advertised time - without warning. Some staff are friendly, helpful, and great to be served by. Other's are rude, aggressive, threatening, full of their own self-importance, and would be better off as a "bouncer" on the door of a well-known pub chain that ends in "spoons"! Food - just the same old average stuff really - you can get the basic stuff. You can live on it! Like I say ... average ... but with a lot of room for improvement - mainly in the "customer relations" department!
