Harrogate Argos (Inside Sainsbury's)

Staff here are no help and wouldn't reserve item like Ripon and other argos do. This is the worst argos store. The man on thie tills needs sacking and some new staff that know what they are doing because he gives customers wrong information

I was in store today ladies behind counter was very rude she was not willing to help me and won't be back there again

Wow . I must say that after buying a tv and a new mattress this week I couldn't be happier. The in store service for both purchases was first class and having gone for a home delivery of the mattress I wasn't disappointed. Josh in store and delivery driver Tom massive thanks from a very impressed customer.Highly recommend.

I’m going to start leaving reviews whenever I encounter rude people now, as there’s simply no excuse. Even when I’m having a bad day, I don’t take it out on everybody else. I went to the ‘Collection Point’ as I’d already paid online, but the lady couldn’t even be bothered to speak to me and just aggressively pointed at the queue for the checkouts instead. The man at the checkout appeared confused why I was in the queue when I already paid online (as was I). Both had sour faces and a miserable attitude. What is wrong with people? Update: just visited 3 years later and staff are rude as ever. Sarcastic, miserable and obviously can’t be bothered. Will buy on Amazon instead.

Not impressed placed an order on the 21st of November to be delivered on the 29th a time of between 7.30am and 9pm was given 10.15pm still a no show no email or text to say what is happening with the order. It was going to a care home so l wasn't overly pleased that it was going to be delivered that late but the care home was fine about it . And if l could have l would have given no star's just for the lack of communication. .
