Screwfix Harrogate

Be very careful with the Dewalt 54v free battery deal. It said on the website “this product qualifies for a free 9AH battery from Dewalt” I then went to go and claim it and I was actually over a week late for the offer. The tool I bought was £400 and I could have bought a bare unit tool elsewhere for £220, so I have in effect paid £180 for a battery worth about £100. So I have been scammed out of £80. I have over 10 Flexvolt battery’s and didn’t need any more, but I thought I would take advantage of the offer and get some more. Very disappointed with Screwfix as I do feel as if I have been scammed, I will take my money elsewhere from now on. I have given Screwfix HR the chance to make it right by giving them a call but they refused to help me. If you would like to make it right please contact me, until then this review will stay up. It can be a pain to park but I come here often. Stock levels are great and service is quick due to the plumbers counter at the side. Recommended

Love this place, so convenient. Sell a wide range of products at amazingly cheap prices. They sell absolutely everything you need DIY wise and decorating things. However the parking is terrible, I have been a few times and have been unable to park. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Always really helpful staff. I’m not trade but I have been renovating a house, which has had me buying various bits and pieces and looking for solutions. I was there again today looking for a kitchen sink plug solution. The staff there have been a great help and they are really friendly. Thanks.
