The welcome at Bradleys in Harrogate is amazing, always a warm and friendly smile. Everyone you meet looks after you, if you are just browsing that’s fine too as we found there was no pressure sales from anyone. If you are looking to make a purchase, whether you are celebrating a special event or you just want to treat yourself to something stunning and unique it is always a great experience visiting the friendly staff at Harrogate. Peter looked after us on both our recent visits. It was a pleasure dealing with him, his product knowledge and friendly manner puts you totally at ease and time was never an issue. There were so many beautiful bracelets to try and Peter gave us the time with no pressure to make our decision. A big thank you to Peter for all his help and for the 5 star experience.

Excellent advice and expertise. We were browsing engagement rings and from start to finish were made to feel special, with a warm welcome, helpful advice, lots of options and clear expertise without a sales pitch. I returned soon after to buy the perfect ring, which had been perfected resized and ready to propose with.

I sent my great grandmas vintage diamond ring there for repair after 90 years of wear and tear. I was so grateful to Jayne and the team for taking such fabulous care of it and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you for restoring such a precious family heirloom and thank you Jayne for your reassurance and joy in seeing it returned💍⭐️

My husband and I travelled over from Ripon to Harrogate to view a pre owned diamond ring . The salesperson Claire was incredibly knowledgeable and an asset to Bradleys Jewellers. She made us feel more than welcome into their store ! I’d definitely recommend Bradleys for any exquisite jewellery pieces , you certainly won’t be disappointed! Such a beautiful store and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. I was looking for a unique diamond ring and through the curiosity and help of Jayne, the first one I tried on, we both gasped ‘wow’. Highly recommend Bradley’s for service, product and knowledge
