Bradleys The Jewellers

Had such a wonderful experience with the girls at Bradley’s. We had a day trip down from Newcastle in the hope of finding our wedding rings and we came across Bradley’s which initially caught our attention just from the outside (stunning!!!) and we were immediately warmly greeted when we went in and even offered a glass of prosecco each. Everyone was so exceptionally helpful, offering suggestions but listening to what we knew we wanted - we were even more thrilled when we found out we could have our wedding bands engraved as a complimentary extra which is something we were really wanting but just couldn’t find in our area. The whole experience was so special for us, couldn’t be happier with the service and the quality of our rings which we’ve just picked up today. Thank you all so much xxx

Me and my wife Sandra came to York for a few days on 15th May 2025 and Sandra saw a ring in the window of this lovely jewellers. Our 42nd Wedding Anniversary was coming up on 18th June 2025 but illness had prevented me getting her a Ruby Anniversary ring for our 40th Wedding Anniversary and this was an opportunity to purchase this long awaited gift for her. We we served by a lady named Sonia and there were 2 other members of staff in the shop at the time and Iwe all had a laugh and they were all lovely and Sandra needed the ring resized to a "P" to fit her wedding ring finger and Sonia explained the process and told us she would ensure the ring would be changed to ensure it fitted Sandra's finger and it would be posted by special delivery to reach us before our next Wedding Anniversary of 18/6. I have to say it was a pleasure to meet Sonia and the other ladies working there and the service we received was exceptional as they were all so friendly and we had a great laugh aswell. As promised, the ring was delivered on Tuesday 10/6 and Sandra (and myself) were delighted and the ring fitted perfectly. We also had a letter of valuation yesterday and cannot fault the service and when we return to York in the future, we will call in to see Sonia and the wonderful staff again (and probably make another purchase if Sandra has her way!). The customer service was superb and I would recommend anyone who is looking for an item of jewellery from a quality jewellers in York, to visit Bradley's the Jewellers and meet the wonderful staff who work there and look at the vast array of stock they have at the shop to suit all tastes and budgets. A truly wonderful jewellers shop.

Just had the most wonderful experience at Bradley’s buying our weddings rings. Shona and Zelda couldn’t be more helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The selection of rings was exceptional and the time they took to talk us through everything was brilliant. 100% the easiest part of wedding planning so far!

First class service and new strap added to my mechanical chronometer Bremont watch. My 20 year old watch now looking like new. Well done Bradley's.

I loved the whole experience when I went in to Bradley’s in Helmsley and spoke to a lady called Clare. I was looking for a wedding gift for our daughter and son-in-law. Clare was exceptional as she was so friendly and helpful and I ended up buying a set of Cobra candlesticks which are absolutely beautiful quality and I know they will be treasured.
