I bought a Tag Heuer Monaco Calibre 11 on Saturday as an early birthday present, I couldn't believe I would find this watch at a local store in Scarborough. Bradleys are an authorised Tag Heuer dealer and had the special Steve Mcqueen watch in stock. Stuart and Diane made this a very memorable occasion, they made me feel very special and welcome. I received a high quality Wolf watch winder courtesy of Bradley's, this is a must have accessory for any automatic watch. Stuart registered my new Monaco on the Tag Heuer website, checked if the watch could have the extended warranty added before explaining how to register for an additional 3 years warranty. I was given a Tag Heuer magazine featuring the watch I had just bought. Overall fantastic experience. Highly recommended A*

We had the most wonderful time wedding ring shopping with Stuart and Diane. From the moment we walked in the Scarborough store they made the whole experience so special, we absolutely loved it! Stuart talked us through the styles and really listened to what we were looking for. There was no heavy sales or pressure just a relaxing and very special time which was perfect in the run up to our wedding. I took my engagement, wedding and eternity rings in for resizing. Staff were really helpful and friendly and I was told that they would be back in a week. Nearly two weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything so I rang up. I was told that the polisher was off sick and they would be another couple of weeks. Whilst I realise the delay was no fault of Bradley’s themselves, I was disappointed that I had to be the one to chase this up, no one had tried to contact me and most importantly I received no apology for the delay. Eventually the rings came back and they looked fantastic, but I still received no apology for the fact that I was without my rings for nearly a month so unfortunately my view of Bradley’s as a whole has been tainted…
