Had a brilliant experience at this Cake Box branch. Noor was amazing! She was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole process so easy. She really knows how to look after customers and made sure everything was perfect. The cakes were beautifully fresh, soft, and full of flavour. Excellent service and top-quality cakes. Would highly recommend!

After trying cakes from so many places, I can confidently say that Cake Box stands out. Every cake I have tried here has been consistently delicious, and it didn’t take long for my mom to become a fan too. The taste, texture, and freshness are always spot on. Two cakes that really impressed me were the Dubai chocolate cake and the red velvet cake — both were rich, perfectly balanced, and absolutely worth it. This is one of the few places where I can enjoy cake any time of the day without feeling overwhelmed. What makes the experience even better is the environment. The shop is always clean and well-organized, which reflects their high hygiene standards. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and a special appreciation goes to Muskan for her polite, caring, and professional attitude. She truly knows how to make customers feel comfortable. Every cake I have bought has been fresh, delicious, and beautifully decorated. Whether it’s a birthday, celebration, or just a special treat, their cakes never disappoint! The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. They take great care in making sure I get exactly what I need. The cakes are always ready on time, and the flavors are amazing! My favorite is [chocolate and vanilla both are delicious], but every cake I’ve tried has been perfect. Came here on Christmas day to get a cake for my sister. Before coming, I called a good 5,6x and there was no answer. I thought I try my luck and physically turn up and it was open. They have a wide range of cakes and all different shapes and sizes. Prices are reasonable and there's a good few choices. As it's a corner shop, they have very limited space and therefore there's no seating inside or even standing. After like 3,4 customers the shop gets crowded. I would suggest that they pick up the phone. No point having a call line if you're not going to pick it up.
