We recently ordered a birthday cake online from Cake Box in Rotherham for our daughter’s 21st, and the whole experience was excellent. The cake was ready for collection the very next day, exactly as scheduled. It was beautifully decorated with rich purple and cream swirls, topped with elegant chocolate pieces, and neatly personalised. The packaging was secure and presentation flawless. Most importantly, the cake was delicious — soft, fresh, and full of flavour. Great value for money considering the quality and service provided. The photos speak for themselves. Highly recommended to anyone who hasn’t tried Cake Box yet — we’ll definitely be ordering again for future occasions.

The worst thing is I ordered the cake for my son the one in the photo and they gave me a completely different cake which seems to be poorly made and I waited 1h I am very unhappy with this because my son was very happy with his cake and as a result he got this which has nothing to do with what I ordered which was not a cheap cake They didn't give us any explanation for what had happened and the store didn't even have the car that was supposed to be on it. I will never order again and I won't discuss it with anyone.
