Nothing fancy in terms of decor, but the most amazing Sunday carvery! Choice of 5 or 6 delicious meats, 3 types of potatoes, carrots, broccoli, sprouts, green beans, parsnips, peas, sweetcorn, stuffing and more! Great value and friendly staff too.
Everything was loverly, my husband and I, attended for valentines evening, serenaded by the amazing Edwina Hayes. Sharing starters and deserts and scrumpy mains, I had the steak and hubby had the chicken. This was Edwinas 19th valentines evening she had performed . We will be back again. The Facilities was clean and fresh, with lots of extras , such as baby wipes, hand cream etc.
Went for their 2023 valentine's meal. Absolutely bloody gorgeous! The food was out of this world. Really fancy menu but generous portions too! Can tell some real effort had gone into that meal it was delicious! Atmosphere was good with the fire going felt really homely and welcoming and the singer on the the night was absolutely brilliant. Absolute bargain price too... Can't believe it's so reasonably priced. We will definitely be going back, can't wait 😁
Fantastic room, the buffet was amazing mark was always asking if everything was OK and if he could do anything for us. All the staff were brilliant can not fault anything. Definitely would recommend
We held our clubs Christmas gathering here. This was at very very short notice, it was for 34 people. The room was set out in a great way, festive decorations, Christmas music in the background. The food was exceptional. We had a carvery of turkey and beef, all the vegetables had been prepared and cooked fresh, the flavour of the food was first class. All those who attended agreed that this was the best Christmas gathering we have had to date. Big thank you to all who made this a great day for us. Probably be back next year
