Hedon Argos (Inside Sainsbury's)

Just want to write a review of one of the staff at the hedon Sainsburys argos. Angie was great help and very friendly and polite. She made the experience easy and not in anyway stressful. What a great member of staff to have at an establishment really! Don’t see many staff as polite and friendly these days!

I went to purchase an item from Argos at Hedon. They informed me that the product would not be available until much later that day. Unfortunately I was not available later so I politely asked if I could have a refund, the assistant (Kobe) even look up and said "you'll get it later, when you don't collect it". I asked for it to be refunded now and he was down right rude saying the same as he had said before. I asked him why he was so rude but he just carried on with his diatribe of rudeness. The other employee was the picture of politeness. Why is it some purple are so rude. Ladies and gentlemen avoid this person they are toxic.

Bought a hp printer 3 months ago, for an extra £8 could have a guarantee if in the first year it developed a fault would exchange it. It stopped working tried for two week to reset. Took it back, the woman said can't test it as I had taken the ink out.i explained the ink cost £28 so I took it out. She explained she couldn't test it so that was that.i said the extra guarantee was worth less.she offered me the £8 back.told her to keep it walked out.for her to say take the printer it's yours.will be using Amazon from now on..very rude..

Shockingly poor customer service received today. I bought a microwave on Wednesday evening ,I tried it last night..after approx 6 plus mins I switched it off asthe outer casing was hot and the microwave was like an airoplane noise I returned it today Saturday (as I was working Thurs Fri so couldnt make the 140 min round journey The microwave was all boxed up .The customer service 'lady' said she was going to test it.Yes no problem I said She switched it on nothing inside for less then 2 mins and said it was fine.It had started to warm up ..I said is that the test she said yes you cant return it. She said its cheap it will get warm .....rude I said i would like testing properley.as it had got hot ,so not happy to use it. She was loud and rude and said if i dont take it she would get the security on to me...im in my 60s,never been in trouble in my lufe,very shocked..She said take it to the tip or leave it outside my home if i dont want it...I said i just want a safe product . I stood my ground and asked if it could be tested properly,I had to go and buy a product and the manager may try it tomorrow.I heard her discussing me with the next customer as I went to buy a product to test the microwave. Really very poor customer service she belittled me and humilated me ..I presume she is not an electrical engineer.. I have escalated tbis to head office due to health and safety and very poor customer service and after care. I have bought many products from Argos but not any more Im afraid..

Easily the best Sainsbury's in the Hull area, credit to Hedon.
