Best coffee I've had in a long time. Lots of froth, chocolate sprinkles and definitely a 1 shot decaf so no bitter taste. Very friendly server. Thank you:-) will definitely be back.
In today 8 th of Jan. All girl staff and what sweeties they are. Pleasant friendly and chatty. Really helpful team . Also nice coffee ☕
The quietest Costa we've ever visited which made a nice change as it was peaceful and we got served straight away. A real shame the toilets were so dirty and where we sat had obviously not been cleaned for a while as it was full of cobwebs.
Have been in this shop twice now when the same member of staff has been on and both times she was unfriendly and the had to be reminded multiple times what the order was, then on the second time of going I got home with the drinks and the cups were half full and wasn’t what I ordered. Made a complaint to Costa with no reply and won’t be going to that store again. Of what I saw I wouldn’t recommend the food either as I saw a man with a toasted sandwich that was burnt
We arrived at 3.30 knowing that they were closing to be greeted with 'we will be closing at 4pm' . The barista was more interested with clearing away. I was swerved with a luke warm Ruby hot chocolate,the toastie came, it was OK. Not offered any tissues or spoon to stir the hot chocolate which comprised of mostly froth. Disappointed and waste
