I had a very pleasant experience at Costa in Sheffield. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. The place was clean and comfortable, which made me feel relaxed. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The service was smooth and well organised. The food was good and fresh and the coffee tasted great. It is a nice place to sit, enjoy your drink and take a break. I would happily visit this branch again.
One of the best Costas I’ve been to. Staff were proper friendly, helping us out with an order for my partner who has a nut allergy. The manager Fin, even took the time to show us which products were safe. On top of that, they sorted me out with a Too Good To Go order I’d accidentally booked at the wrong branch. They went out of their way to help, all while still serving other customers without missing a beat. It’s a great Costa store, nicely lit, relaxed atmosphere, and probably one of the most spacious drive-throughs in Sheffield, with loads of parking and easy access. And of course, the drinks were spot on. No waiting around either, served quickly and the operator Marcus was a good laugh and really helpful. I reckon this might just be my new go-to spot. What stood out: - Staff went above and beyond with allergy advice for my partner. - Sorted a mistaken Too Good To Go order without any fuss. - Spacious drive-through with plenty of parking. - Nicely lit, chilled atmosphere. - Drinks served quickly and tasted great.

My partner and I stopped by the store early evening and ordered two drinks. We had also ordered a too good to go bag. When we realised we made an error with the TGTG app Marcus and Fin were hugely helpful in resolving it and went out of their way to assist us. They were also kind enough to walk me through the allergen menu to ensure that the contents of the bag were safe for me. On top of that both were friendly and chatted with us while waiting for our drinks. Also got a voucher for a discount on our next visit which was a nice surprise. Will definitely be returning again!
