After being let down by Argos for a single bed delivery and left without a bed I went to various different bed suppliers and United Carpets and Bed of Queens Road, Sheffield couldn’t do enough to help and got me a bed in four days. The team member that delivered my bed even carried the bed base, mattress and headboard upstairs for me which most of the other suppliers don’t do and will only deliver to the door, which as a disabled person was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend then. Thanks so much

From walking into the shop and being greeted to having my carpet fitted. I cannot complain! I felt spoilt for choice for the selection and quality they had in store and within my price range. Along with excellent customer service from in store to the fitters. Thank you for making the process so easy, I recommend!

I’m extremely pleased with the carpet fitting service I received. The team did a fantastic job—professional, efficient, and with great attention to detail. The shop staff were very knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect carpet for my home. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Not trustworthy. They are not trust worthy looking for way cheating. I told them measurement. They have equally have the measurements with then because this not the first time I useing them.but they insisted on visiting my house. I have already paid them three time the àmonth for lee than 8 squre meters. when the lady came, I was watching her, she put tape down and said oh it is more , you have to pay more money. They sold me the carpet that has expired. The people they send my to fix the carpet has no respect for the property. They damaged the landing floor. I complained and send a picture of the damage. They said they will call me but never did. Never recommend. Never again.

Simple & straight forward to deal with - lovely staff member had the carpet/underlay chosen and paid for in about 15 min. Great quality carpet for a very good price with free fitting. Fitters great and really professional. Its made clear that the room has to be completely clear from the start which we were fine with.
