Me and my partner visited the store on bank holiday Monday. We had a really pleasant experience and ended up purchasing a new carpet. The staff were not pushy at all and despite us been very indecisive we were left to look around. The gentleman who served us was also very helpful when it came to payment options. Thanks so much will definitely use again.

I bought a carpet at the beginning of COVID but what with one thing or another never got round to picking it up. I called into the shop recently after I’d found the receipt for the carpet. Although it was 6 six years ago, after a little talking with head office Derek and his team sorted it out and gave me a new carpet to the full value. The carpet was delivered and fitted within a week. All the staff were real helpful and supportive and I will definitely be using them for my next carpets. Thank you

I visited the store yesterday to choose a new mattress for my Grandad and we were welcomed into the store by very friendly staff and shown where the mattresses were displayed. The staff came to check we were ok and helped us choose the right mattress. It was really easy to order and arrange delivery and we will use United again in the future.

Very disappointed with their service.They have arranged a fitter who is utter flop.He don't know how to do flooring properly.floorig done is not even sticking.Removed all house ceiling and parts of kitchen cupboards as well for flooring but they haven't fix it back.Very bad service.Dont recommend united carpets to anyone.
