Emma at Pontefract was amazing. Gave good solid advice and was extremely knowledgeable. I took samples home and arranged a home visit for the measuring service. Emma came to measure up, she is a very lovely, polite and nothing was too much trouble. She helped to coordinate all the floor coverings for the kitchen, hall, living room & conservatory. She actually choose my bathroom flooring from what I described i would like, Perfect match! Emma booked all the fittings date to coordinate with our schedule! She is an absolute credit to your company. The price we payed was really good compared to other companies. I wont go anywhere else. Excellent service & brilliant staff

These guys have been fantastic from start to finish, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on selecting a carpet. The person who came to measure was also very friendly and knowledgable. The fitters were very efficient and respectful of the house. I would certainly recommend these guys as they took so much stress away from sorting this renovation.

Recently went to this store looking for laminate flooring for 2 rooms. Phil was very helpful and knowledgeable and soon worked out how many boxes of flooring we needed based on the measurements i had. He arranged for a fitter called Sid who did a great job. All in all an excellent experience.

Great service from start to finish. They have really good fitters who work well and respect your home. Sales team were brilliant, Emma came and measured up for us, then helped us choose the right carpets. 100% good shopping experience at United Carpets Pontefract. Would highly recommend them.

Amazing! Gave us a great price to carpet and Lino an entire house and accommodated us when we had to cancel the fitting a few times. Thank you to Phil who helped us choose our carpets but there was no pressure, just left to decide but when we couldn’t he came to the rescue and made suggestions based on our budget. Customer service is outstanding and they were all very friendly and humorous. Fitting itself was fantastic thank you to the two man team and of course we made sure they had a cuppa. Girl in the showroom was very polite and super accommodating, many thanks we are very pleased with our carpets
