Excellent service from the Keighley branch and from Sam. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, answered my questions. Able to borrow samples which helped with the final decision. Very happy customer

Went into store with my gf just before christmas. Served by steven, found me a top carpet for our front room and my gf happy with the price. Will be back again for my sons room. Smashing stuff!!

Very helpful. Sorted everything we wanted and organised the fitters within the week. The fitters were professional and fast. 2 rooms done in just over an hour. All fitted now and very pleased.

Just needed an offcut so was not spending much. Was treated like an other customer, friendly and helpful not pushy and open Sundays which is useful. Great service.
