My partner and I went for a date with a voucher we got as a present. We had the 3 course set menu, the food as beautiful, the bruscheta was superb, I chose a carbonara pasta, which was incredibly tasty and my partner had a hot honey pizza which was great too. Was our first meal out since having a baby, so it was nice to know that, they did alcohol free wine, which many place don't do. Extra brownie points for prezzo. Thank you, it was great.
Staff are LOVELY! all so friendly and food is DELICIOUS i love going there and take all my friends their too be honest! pizzas are lush and not badly priced restaurant at all, cheap for the service you receive!
Started with focaccia bread; this was nice but the dipping oil needs to be richer. And some herbs on the bread would lift it but other than that it was nice. The Spaghetti with king prawns was very nice; I’d have preferred less chilli but that’s just a preference. My friend had the beef shin ravioli which was minced beef inside. There was not much meat but I’m told tasted good. Then we had the dough balls and Nutella chocolate for desert. The dough balls were a bit had but again tasted good. While there was a reduced menu due to an issue in the kitchen I couldn’t fault the staff who were friendly warm and chatty and really cared about the customer. We were served by Sally. Lovely host. I’ve have her work for me any day. Top lady. The restaurant was contemporary in style and clean and fresh.
Friendly staff and service was quick, however getting payment sorted was slightly delayed as there was more customers than staff when we attended on 30th December
Booked for 5pm.. So glad I did as it was extremely busy… The staff were working their socks off but customer service certainly did not suffer! The food was lovely and Sally and the staff looked after me very well.. Thank you.
