Called in early evening for a spontaneous visit. Pleasantly surprised. I'm always skeptical that the food at these chain places are little is more than microwave meals on a nice plate. Maybe they are, maybe they're not but the food here was very nice, it was good to find selection of dishes beyond the usual pasta and pizza. Service was pleasant and prompt with the young staff managing to the balance of being attentive without mithering or being overbearing. They did seem to do that annoying thing of putting all the customers together In one part of the place rather than spreading people out. Prices were as much as I'd like to pay but acceptable, when we stacked up a few offers from the app it became more affordable. I do think they need some more better real beers

Absolutely beautiful food and a very warm welcome from the young man at the door. The food was served with barely any waiting time and tasted very very. It was incredibly well presented. A huge thank you as well as due to a complete mistake with a voucher which was totally my fault, a bit was knocked off the bill. I'll never forget that as it was incredibly kind.

Came in for a little January treat after receiving a gift card and had a Tuscan BBQ chicken pizza. Was good although didn’t really taste the barbecue sauce. Service from Danny was great! Really friendly and attentive. He accommodated us really well, especially as we had a few e-cards, discounts and freebies that he had to apply! Will be back again soon 👍😊

It was our first time visiting prezzo as we got a buy a gift voucher for Christmas, we was welcomed on arrival and staff was very pleasant 😊 we was handed a set menu to pick starters, mains and deserts. We picked our choices and starters arrived within 15 mins of us arriving. However not sure what went wrong with the mains as it felt a long time from finishing our starters to waiting for our mains which was over 45 mins waiting, the restaurant Was booked for 1pm so wasn't overly busy. Overall a lovely first time experience just a shame about the waiting times for mains.
