Ordered a delivery and I had a six inch meatball marinara and a foot long churro. I thought I was on Santa's naughty list for a second, when I bit into a lump of coal but it turned out to be a cremated meatball! Got to say, this was my first experience with a burnt ball and I hope it will be my last; it wasn't pleasant. If you're a churro connoisseur, save yourself the trouble of adding these to your 'ewww, no' list and don't even go there. These are most definitely an 'English' churro; the only comparison to a real churro was the shape. The inside was goey, so I'm presuming the oil wasn't hot enough or they didn't cook them for long enough. They were also drenched in cinnamon sugar and the cinnamon was incredibly overwhelming and perfumed. In the five years I lived in Spain I never had a churro with even a sniff of cinnamon on it (and I had ALOT of churros) but hey, it's Christmas an' all. I've given them three stars as the service was good and the delivery fast but there'll be no more churros for me and I hope, no more burnt balls !!
Ordered on deliveries. Sandwich was missing cheese & toasting, filling was mediocre. Possibly the WORST subway I’ve had, I would avoid this store & visit the other ones!
You know it's not gonna go well when you have to tell the staff that they've missed parts of the sandwiches and haven't put the right stuff on it Luckily I noticed in time otherwise we would've been massively ripped off Be aware the staff are a bit clueless when it comes to their jobs
Disrespectful store i ordered 12 inch plant paty the young ledy to serve was not hapy to change her gloves , she cut the 6 inch paty in to pieces and lay on side to fill the bread but the payment was fir 12 inch what a trade cleanes as well 😲
Abysmal service, leave you waiting forever without acknowledgement before they even take your order, three of them on just slowly milling around, every time I go in they’re slow, no urgency, no customer service and barely speak. I used to work in a subway years ago so I know how easy it is to be efficient here. They all need sacking. Ended up walking out after the 3rd time of being treated like this as a customer.
