Subway

Being a world traveller and a loyal Subway eater I would mark this the worst subway in the world. Come across very rude, unprofessional and racist staff. By the way when I say racist is that the lady who served us turned cold and rude as soon as our turn came up in que and she then flipped nice straight away to next customer. It's in the eyes and way you serve also. Specifically at the time of Salad the same lady (in black t-shirt and plenty of tattoos appeared to be manager with no name badge) added with condescending manner as if we were begging. We were charged extra for sauces which we have never been in any Subway up and down the world. I have attached the copy of bill to let you investigate but looking at the past reviews my guess is there must be no change or efforts made by the management. Really disappointed the way you guys made us feel in front of my entire family.

As an avid user of this chain I have visited many of their stores up and down the country and I can truly say the one I visited here was the worst service I have ever received. We were served by a young, tattooed gentlemen (around 5' 4, brown hair on Wednesday 12 Aug at approximately 7 pm). He grunted me through what should of been a quick order and it felt like I was putting this gentleman out in some way. There were ZERO manners used during this transaction at all. I mean basic customer service was completely ignored. No greeting, just a 'What do u want'. The whole process of making the sandwich, something that gives the chain consistency across franchises was totally ignored. I had to reassemble it in the car as it just fell apart. The quantities of items where unbelievable. Who needs a fist full of onions?? The salad which my partner got and I took a picture of was totally out of proportion. There was hardly any lettuce at all but we seemed to get half a chicken?! I write alot of reviews and I don't like to give bad ones but the service was terrible. No acknowledgement of anything, no greeting no farewell nothing. Just looked at us like we were a total inconvenience. Lucky thing my local Subway are amazing as I will never be returning to this one.

If you're hungry, I wouldn't recommend it. The portion is very small. I asked for an extra portion of meat, and I'm sure it would be fine for a child

Pulled a mid length black curly hair out of my mouth half way through my sandwich! Went and advise the young gentleman who served me for him to turn round and say "well I don't know where that could've come from" it doesn't matter where it came from, what's important is that it wasn't mine! As my hair is brown and half way down my back plus up in a ponytail. Asked for a refund and left.
