Awful experience, order took over half an hour, in which several just eat orders were collected and indoor customers were made and collected before us. We had only ordered 2 subs so no excuse for it taking that long, at 7pm on a Monday night. To which the food arrived soggy and the bread had basically disintegrated and turned to mush . It was so horrible to the point I couldn’t eat it. The worst subway experience I have had. Staff couldn’t care less when I stated how long we were waiting for.
I got Subway ordered, and it was really nice. It was hot and well wrapped, and considering it's a 10-minute drive, it came quickly. Would get delivered again👍🏻
I’ve just ordered via uber eats. I’ve not eaten all day and have been craving a sub for a while and thought I’d treat myself late night. Whoever made the sandwich made it with so much care and also threw in a free cookie. It really made my week as I’ve been having a very horrible week. Thank you so much. It’s the little things that really do matter
. The food itself was decent — it’s hard to mess up a sandwich when everything comes pre-portioned and pre-packaged. But the staff? Absolutely awful. Rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. No greeting, eye-rolling when I asked a simple question, and a clear attitude throughout the entire process. If you're going to charge for “service,” maybe hire people who actually know what that word means. Won’t be coming back to this location. Get it together, Subway.
Refuses to serve customers face-to-face, you must use a kiosk to order, which means you don’t have input into how much ingredients you have in your sub. Pathetic, really.
