The last time I’ll ever order from here. I ordered a tuna sub & got a tuna sub with BACON and SALAMI in it. I’m Muslims bearing in mind, so I’m not allowed to eat this. I rang in & was told to complain to uber, and to complain on the site but surprise surprise I can’t find a complaints form anywhere. That being said, a complain isn’t going to stop me from eating bacon is it? I’m actually shocked at how much the issue isn’t taken seriously.

Sunday afternoon visit, relatively busy, waited approximately 20mins for my order only for it to still be wrong! Used the self-service kiosk to place order, noticed the server didn't put salt, pepper & crispy onions on the sandwich although mostly hidden by their new privacy setup, so I asked to confirm if it was my order being prepared to which they said yes. I reminded them of what I had ordered. They checked the screen, didn't change their gloves despite touching other surfaces and went on to only add salt & pepper, no crispy onions! The tuna filling was nominal as was the sauce & the overall sandwich left a lot to be desired. Toasted though stone cold by the time it was packed & served. The woman wearing glasses was not careful or considerate of customers food & was seen carelessly throwing across food from oven to counter to till such as side orders like the one I ordered (cheese bites - stale, bland, cold)! The chocolate chip cookies were equally tasteless! An entire order, worth over £17, wasted! Terribly disappointed. I did say to the cashier I had a long journey ahead so needed to make sure I get what I paid for (no time to turn back) to which he nodded in agreement, only to be left disappointed & dissatisfied anyway! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Honestly dont bother with them if doing on Uber and such. Why? They fail to complete simple orders. Gave me 2 half subs. I paid for 2 footlongs. Just eat was a pile of crap and didnt compensate. I tried to phone subway 7 times. All in which were ignored. Unprofessional.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. I specifically asked for a bit of extra sauce, but my sandwich came out almost completely dry – there was barely any sauce at all, which made the entire meal unpleasant. On top of that, the seating area was in terrible condition. It genuinely felt like sitting in a neglected space, almost like a bin — dirty and uncomfortable. This is not the standard I expect from Subway. Definitely won’t be returning to this location unless things improve.

I ordered online at 7.24pm. There is a deadline of 730pm even though the shop shits at 8pm. I got a call at 750pm from Deliveroo stating they'd rejected the order. It's a bit annoying BUT not unexpected as they have form. For the owner ... Add the correct closing time. If the staff have decided it's earlier then so be it but make sure it's advertised. Thanks. I say they have form because I used to finish the gym and turn up at 752pm to grab a sandwich and sometimes the door would be locked. If you are going to be open till 8 then still serve.
