Shout out to Michael and Alwin who massively helped me out. I had a faulty erbauer charger which was over 12months old. The guys swapped this for me and delivered excellent service

Usually have no issues with buying from here. Unfortunately today that changed when some unhelpful, inconvenient and grumpy blonde lady decided to make buying only 2 brushes on my trade account very difficult. Proceeded to be very difficult with me and began trying to interrogate me. Her manager came over and straight away told her it was fine and was apologetic with me. I was then on my way with the 2 paint brushes😂 Clearly some people just want to be difficult, miserable and negative towards others on a purpose. Never ever experienced anything like it at screw fix or anywhere else before. Hope the staff member I’m talking about cheers up alittle or takes a break from the tills👍

Called in at the weekend needing some help for some bathroom work and the staff were excellent. The two women on the counter were very pleasant and did their best to help and then I had a chat with Lee and he is a guru and knew exactly what I was after! Fitted the items the same afternoon with few issues. Would recommend without hesitation. UPDATE - 26/08. Having decided to try my arm at fitting a bath I called in Screwfix on Saturday morning for some tap-copper pipe connectors (yes, my plumbing knowledge hasn't improved!) Fin did an excellent job in picking out what I needed, even after I bamboozled him with the size of pipe connector I was after (I measured circumference as I haven't sawn them yet!). Anyway, top nodge work from Fin, a credit to Screwfix. Thank you.
