In store customer service was exceptional. Funnily enough, as soon as they close the sale you do not get anything resolved and the aftercare is non existent. Ordered an L shaped made to order sofa. Colour doesn’t really match the in store sample which was surprise number 1. Surprise number 2- One leg damaged upon delivery and another completely missing. What is custom about them not bothering to quality check the goods before dispatching (there was no missing leg in the box). We had to deal with this for a month until they bothered to send a technician out so that we could actually finally use our new sofa. Still are expecting full payment for the month of having a sofa we couldn’t really use due to being delivered faulty. I’d understand if it took a while for them to fix if this was our fault/ under insurance but the sofa was faulty before we even owned it for a minute and their idea of a ‘resolve’ is putting their mistake right after a whole month.

What ever you do make sure you read the reviews on the Facebook page "my oak furniture land experience" before you buy anything here and if you do make sure you use a credit card or their finance. Try ringing the customer service number too it can take up to 2 hours to get through. Buyer beware!! My mother waited 3 months for her bedroom furniture and the picture shows what was delivered...useless! No side panel, no back, no top plinth, no handles and no hanging rail so it's impossible to store any clothes in it

Lovely sales staff and friendly non pressure environment. My son has special needs and is obsessed with the store. The staff have always been so accommodating and welcoming. Amazing!

Delivery took 8-9 weeks and had to pay £29.99 for the delivery. I called the customer service to change the delivery date that was for next week, but they asked me to pay an additional £4 to do so... A company that only cares about making money and not having happy customers...
