​I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff did not honor the product warranty and were very rude and unhelpful. They offered numerous excuses instead of a solution. I would not recommend buying any electronics from this place.

Had a walk over to cex Northpoint on Sunday morning at 10am to take my immaculate Pixel 4a 5g to sell to them..Chap who dealt with me was pleasant enough and we agreed on it being A grade and I signed a document for a bank transfer of £217 for the phone as it was mint..great stuff..after walking home and about 2 hours later they rang me to say there was a tiny mark on the back camera housing and wanted to knock the agreed price down by £63..So no way I was selling it to them for that so walked back over again and collected it..they showed the mark and honestly you'd need a microscope to see it..I would definitely not sell here again and not recommend them at all..A complete waste of my time which left me as an unhappy customer..

It's just your average buy & sell shop yno not much else to say really apart from now they're all connected online it makes things easier as you can look up the store you're going to & check if they have what your looking for & also see how much it is whether your buying or selling which makes it better than it used to be years ago 👍🏻

Great service and usually a good selection of games, good staff who are always friendly and willing to do their job

Really good for dvd's and games, nice friendly staff. If there is something you particularly want and they don't have it they will search the stock in other branches which is very helpful. They often have some very nice cameras and lenses in stock from top brands like Canon and Nikon.
