They refuse to give a till receipt. They want your email to send a receipt. The receipt they send is incomplete so they mess you about for hours when you return their faulty goods. Management policies put you of shopping in the high street, going back to online shopping. Took an hour to sort out in shop with Asos would take about 10 mins. Wake up guys you are killing your own high street footfall....I will never be back. Staff were as frustrated as me. This is all senior management policy driving customers away.

Locked me and my friend in a changing room and then repeatedly complained at us telling us that it was our fault. Sort your staff out. Disgusting behaviour

Fantastic offer on coats at moment 25%off. Good choice for all ages. Very well set out store. Didn't wait for long in the queue two very well mannered young ladies serving. They do a store card for anyone if you wish to apply. You can shop online or in store

I cannot thank the two members of staff enough who helped me today. The lady in the changing room was brilliant with her advice and reassurance that I had bought the right thing. She was really pleasant and lovely to talk to. I then chose a bag and shoes but needed a bigger size. I asked another member of staff who told me she could order some in for me but there wasn't any available anywhere. She then went and got some more sandals and bags to match my outfit and I was able to make an alternative choice. Nothing was too much trouble for either member of staff. Thank you again would definitely recommend shopping here.
